Asian Wedding Birmingham -August 2023. The Nikah of Zain and Zainab

Stolen Moment

One of the many skill sets a good photographer needs is to be able to spot that unique moment and separate it from all the other action taking place around it. Quite simply put this is the power of observation and the craftsmanship to capture that brief moment when it happens. This is why documentary wedding photography is so powerful in capturing the unfolding story of a wedding day. Such is the case here - the bride receives a quick peck and affectionate comment, whilst the father just glimpses the moment in passing, clearly proud of his daughter. Below I have included a few more of my favourite images from this wonderful day.

Be sure to catch this on my Instagram feed and follow my other stories as well.
